How Do You Handle Returns

Adventures in Advertising stands behind its products 100%. If there is a problem with the product (either imprint or product itself), they must be reported to us within 10 days of delivery. Please contact Adventures in Advertising so we can assist you in returning or replacing the items.Do not return the items to the address on packing slip, return address label or website. Adventures in Advertising will provide you with all the pertinent shipping information including any Return Authorization (RA) number(s). Items can not be returned without an RA number.We can not accept items that has been worn or washed, and we can not accept a partial return of products.

What If My Product Is Damaged In Shipping?

Contact Adventures in Advertising immediately to report any damages. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original paperwork and packaging material for the claim.
